This had to be one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. It literally took over 10 minutes for our server to greet us, although he was very nice when he did. We ordered drinks, two side salads, and the rest of our food to-go. The place was empty, maybe 6 people at the bar and 3 or 4 tables in the whole place, including us. Our drinks took 12 minutes, I was watching the bartender and she pulled the drink ticket, then stood around talking for a good 8+ minutes before even attempting to start making our drinks. When we finally got our drinks, they had be made wrong, but at this point we just wanted our salads. We had ordered our food at 7:23 and it was now 7:42 and we had yet to get even the salads, about a min or 2 later, they came out, along with the rest of the food, which had not been made to-go, at this point we were upset, we asked for boxes and our checks. I checked my food (boneless wings) and they were cold, not cool, ICE COLD. The food had obviously been sitting out because they were also dry. considering we had been waiting for as long as we were (20 min for side salads) we at least expected the food to be warm. At this point we were just so annoyed and in a hurry we left and threw our food out. So, to recap, the service was slow (but friendly), the bartender was inattentive (slow AND made the drinks wrong) the food took forever and then was cold and inedible. So, my recommendation is to never EVER go to place.

Although it is terribly convenient, I will only ever go back as a last resort. All the food is fried. The service is not good and the management is apathetic at best. This is not based on one visit, but 5 over the last 3 months. If you want service, you better find a seat at the bar. Otherwise, eat before you go and don't expect to get a second drink while watching your game.

if you are looking for a place to watch sports...you've got it. but they do not have enough staff to wait on people during big game days.
