Great vegan option!
I am always glad to see bakeries that have vegan option(s). Baked and Wired thankfully has a delicious peanut butter chocolate vegan cupcake! I love the packaging in the wax paper- very original and cute. I like that there is more cake than frosting because too much frosting gets too sweet for me. The cupcake was great- could be more moist and the peanut butter flavor of the icing could be more peanutbuttery. But overall YUM! The interior is absolutely adorable and so pretty & cozy. Def gonna go back for a cup of soy coffee soon. A little expensive at $3.5 a cupcake but that seems to be the standard. They charge money for boxes which is a bummer- should be part of the overall packaging I feel. I will definitely patronize again! More vegan options would be great.

Delicious!
I love this place. Right off of busy M street, it's tucked away on Thomas Jefferson Street so you need to look for it if you don't work down there. Everything is super fresh and delicious and everybody there is really nice. The atmosphere is pretty artsy (it IS a coffee and "copies" place, basically like a Starbucks and Kinkos but done very well so it seems almost normal) Very neighborhood-y and comfortable. The long communal table makes a great artistic statement but could be more comfortable....
