So, it's convenient to order online and they deliver consistently and within a reasonable amount of time--even on busy weekends. The price is reasonable for what you get and the food is decent. They have a good selection and even a few standout good dishes. I say give it a try.

We picked Banana Leaves because it was a moderately priced option in the Dupont/Adams Morgan area. The decor was trendy and updated, and the food was pretty good, but nothing great. However, I only tried the pan-asian/thai dishes. I also thought the restaurant smelled a bit funny (maybe the not-so fresh sushi fish?)

We tried this place based on the recommendations of this site. My girlfriend and I thought the food was mediocre and not special. I'd skip it and go somewhere better.

I've only had sushi here, not Thai, but the sushi I had was very fresh (it was Sunday too!) The atmosphere is pretty nice but the tables downstairs are a little close to each other. The portions are a nice size. While I haven't had any of the Thai food, it looks pretty good.

banana leave is a cool place where you can eat and the service is great and food is to. it atmosphere is cool but i seen better

Great place! This is one of the best sushi places I have eaten at. Never had a bad dish and the service is terrific.

I would defintiely try this restuarant. Tasty food at affordable prices... and they make it convenient where you can place your take-out order online!
