BD's Mongolian BBQ (CLOSED)

Met with some girlfriends Satuday Night and was impressed. We were seated righrt away and made very comfortable almost immediately (we even had a baby with us). The atmosphere was wonderful family oriented. Service was good, friendly, quick. The food was amazing. This was my first time and I didn't quite know my way around but there were guides who helped us out (and a member of our party was disabled). The food selection was vast - you can go there every night of the week and never have the same meal. And if you're dieting - its heaven. All the meat and veggies were very fresh - I know I believe I had more than my share. I will return often and I recommend this restaurant highly!

Sure creating your own food for a fixed price and consuming at unlimited amount has its perks, but when it comes down straight to it -- is it worth it? Don't get me wrong, this is a great place to come with a big group or a birthday and avoid the awkward who owes what for what. But for all intents and purposes the place has gone down hill. We went there on Sunday night with a group of five at about 8:30 pm. They told us we had to wait approx. 5 minutes for our table to be cleared, although it seemed like there were plenty of places to sit. As it turns out, no one was really clearing the tables, hence all the room. The vegetables weren't fresh nor plentiful. The only amusing aspect was perhaps the assorted variety of sauces - but that's pretty much it. It's going to be a long time before I return.
