My girlfriend and I split the Ultimate Bertucci's. It it 1/4 meatball, 1/4 grilled chicken, 1/4 Italian sausage, and 1/4 ham. A little burnt in some places, but that's fairly standard for brick oven pizza. No big complaints about the pizza itself. The service however was pretty lousy. Our waiter was not so competent. First he just brought us olive oil/garlic sauce, and no bread. So eventually we flagged him down to get the bread to go with it. The bread itself was great, I think it was fresh baked. However, when we dipped it into the olive oil, we discovered it was REALLY garlicky. No problem, we'll just ask for some without. So I flagged him down again and asked for some plain olive oil with balsamic vinegar. He just brings the balsamic and no olive oil, and runs off before I can say anything. Then, when the pizza comes, he tries to serve us each a slice. Normally this would be good, but there are 4 different types of slices, and he doesn't ask us which one we wanted. While he's trying to serve us, he ends up dropping one of the slices upside down on the rest of the pizza, spilling all the toppings. The rest of the meal goes fine. But then when we ask for it to go, he brings us take out containers, and proceeds to spill off more toppings while trying to put it away. In summary, I'd try and stick with takeout from here.
