I was with a party of 6 for dinner. I ordered filet mignon, medium rare. It came well done. I sent it back and 15 minutes later received a steak raw and cold in the middle. I asked to speak to a manager. My server took the steak back and returned with it 5 minutes later still raw. A this time, my entire party was done with dinner and still no manager came to see me. I asked again to speak to the manager. A couple of minutes later I was told it would be 10-15 minutes before he could come out. That was unacceptable to me, so I went to the cashier and told him the story and asked to have the steak removed from the bill. He went in back and got the manager who shockingly said " I made 2 steaks for you. I'm not taking it off the bill. It's graduation weekend. We are too busy for customers like you". I have never experienced such poor service.

Food up standing and the service good and the place cline and all the staff are happy

Great food and reserve a seat at the bar for best service. Girl behind bar makes it happen.

We went for an early lunch on a non-crowded weekday and found the food mediocre - from extremely salty onion soup to a tasteless portobello mushroom sandwich and french fries that looked like fast food. Worse, we had to look for the waiter to ask for water refills. If the restaurant had been crowded, this might have been understandable, but there was a waiter, a busboy, and a "suit" there for about 10 people. We won't go back even though it was a lovely place.

The sauce and the seasoning of the steak was excellent, and the quality of the steak was top notch. My assumption about why it was so good is that they are spending the time necessary to obtain high quality ingredients for their meals.
