    I Love This Place!

Busboys is great! I live in the neighborhood and go to Busboys frequently. The atmosphere is so much fun--the decor is funky and the place is always full of energy. I think the food is fabulous--there's a great variety with lots of choices for vegetarians and vegans. I have liked everything I have tried on the menu. Their events are great as well. The only negative I can think of is Busboys' brunch--I would skip the buckweat pancakes and go elsewhere for a weekend brunch!

    A Different Tasteof DC

It was more than I expected. It is a super place to go, that is a little off the beaten trail. The atmosphere is very comfortable and friendly, not to mention a bit left of center. I had to go there first to find a book but I return for the food. It has great speakers, small bookstore and a diverse menu. I highly recommend it.

    Interesting...

I never thought that I would see a bad review about this place, but just like every restaurant that's built up and whispered about in the DC area, I was dissapointed. The service was good, rapid and attentive, the atmosphere, nothing original, I've been to coffeehouses, know what they look and "feel" like, but the food was dissapointing. I ordered the Northeastern omlet which was waaay over stuffed, and still couldn't manage to get any flavor. My $2.95 hearty piece of bread, "toast" as they call it, tasted just like it sounded like. I would never expect anyone to claim anything bad about this place, but I much rather take my money - and my labtop - to Mocha Hut.

Great place, not so good location

The atmosphere is quite hip and the space has lots of windows and comfortable seating. Enjoyed their hummus and salad. If you are going for their free wi-fi, it can be quite slow! The location, however, leaves a lot to be desired! I just don't feel safe walking around that area alone. Too bad this place isn't in Adams Morgan!

    Interesting Scene and Diverse Menu

The menu had lots of different types of food to make most people happy. They even had some home comforts such as PB&J. The pizza is pretty good and they even have alcoholic coffee drinks. The real draw of this place is the atmosphere. They often have different events going on each night, and it's a good place to chill on weekdays or on weekends. I imagine they would have a good brunch there too.
