Great Food - Clean & Efficient Service

Very high quality, fresh food at a reasonable price makes this place a bargain. It is also very clean and efficient. I can only say good things about this place - better than home cooking.

    Attitude and pricing

Attitude of the behind the counter help is barely satisfactory however my problem is with the folks at the register. My coworker and I bought the same meal which was rung up at two different registers and hers was 9.28 and I paid 9.61. Since they give you no receipts there was no way to prove what you paid. Also, they do not accept credit cards but for a fee of 3.00 you can get $ from the ATM located in the corner of the store. How convenient.....

    great sandwich place

This place has fantastic sandwhices with VERY fresh ingrediates...they are literally carving up the turkey and roast beef in front of you. The service is extremley fast, you can get in and out in 5 minutes. Great drink selection...bottled water, soda, anything you want. A bit pricey, but you definitley get what you pay for...if you want cheaper, go to subway.

    Great service, good food

One of the best things about Cafe Phillips is how quickly you can get in and get out. It doesn't matter if the line is practically to the door, you'll still have your sandwich made in five minutes or less.

    Rude sandwich makers

I went to lunch one day and while I was waiting for my order. The lady that asks you what you would like was rude to a customer after me. I had noticed she was not patient with me, but at the time I paid no attention to her. But the lady after me received looks and lip smacking after she informed the sandwich maker that she wanted a turkey on multigrain. The sandwich maker proceeded to grab to slices of bread and slapped on some mayo. The customer then informed her that she wanted the multigrain wrap not sandwich. The sandwich maker looked at her with disgust and attitude, and stated we don't have multgrain wraps, and continued to rush the woman. When I returned to work I informed one of my co-workers of what to place, and she informed me that she had the problem, and would never return again. My sandwich was actually very good. However, the attitude is not on the menu and needs to be adjusted.
