Dinner Date
I took my current girlfriend here on our first date. I can tell you we just celebrated our 3 month anniversary at Cafe Trope recently! Lovely atmosphere, soft lighting, great tasty food, not oily, dare I say healthy! Chef was wonderful and came to our table to congratulate us.

Utterly mediocre...
Literally nothing stood out as interesting or memorable (not even my cocktail). Doubtful I'd ever go back.

French Caribbean Dellight
This pleasant restaurant on P Street boasts a sheltered terrace on P Street, welcome on the night we dined there because the heavens opened in a summer downpour. It offers a varied menu of small plates, plus a pleasant short wine list. The food was beautifully seasoned and delicious. The best food we have had in DC., Look forwared to a return visit. Excellent value for money.
