Real Texas BBQ
this is the best Texas BBQ you can get in this area. the place may be small but the food really holds it up. it's rustic looking, the atmosphere is real -- just like a BBQ joint from Texas -- you go down the line, pick you food items, pay and sit down at a table with paper towels! (that's serious eating) The brisket is how it's supposed to be. tender, pink and smokey. you don't even need sauce. though, if you are a sauce-type of person.. this is real BBQ sauce, nothing sweet and stupid about it. finish it off with the banana pudding. don't forget the sides -- they have collards, mashed potatoes, Texas cavier (that's black eye peas). Look for Capital Q when you are in Chinatown, DC (of all places to find a BBQ joint!) you won't be disappointed.
