Fabulous food and great atmosphere!
Ceviche is a fresh of breath of air in an area where chains seem to rule! We live in Rockville and tend to commute to DC to experience something exotic or unique. Ceviche combines both in with it red velvet drapes and interesting decor! We enjoy the innovative menu with an emphasis on the Ceviches. We travelled to South America where we were introduced to this unique flavors of different seafoods prepared in the ceviche manner. The seafood was fresh and the preperation was flavorful as it was pleasing to the eye. In South America the Cevicherias, as they are called are little ceviche joints with wooden tables and beer! Silver Spring brings eating Ceviche to another level but maintaining the flavor that makes Cevicherias popular!
