I met my wife here for dinner after having received a coupon for 2 meals for the price of one. The restaurant has a "salad/dessert" bar like no other in this area. There are no menus nor instructions on the operating protocol. Servers roam the room with all sorts of delicious meats on big skewers. We finally figured out that the "token" on the table must be turned up to indicate you would like to be served some meat. Having done that, all servers stopped and offered to serve you as much as you wanted. The price is fixed at about $50 per person but it is well worth it and quite a feast. It would help if they put a card in a plastic stand on the table with the price and instructions on how to be served. All in all we had a great meal and a good time.

The food was great! Very juicy, not dry at all. The service was excellent as well. Chima's salad bar was never ending, so many selections. This is a great place to go and easily get your monies worth. It's not just for meat eaters either!

Yes, the meat was delicious and so many choices, but the salad bar was made up of several slight variations of the same dishes. Lots of different sauteed vegetables in sizes that made you think you should be filling up on it. Service was great, they always seemed to be nearby. The coin gimmick was "fun" for the kids, but I would have rather had a coin for which meat I wanted more of instead of having 8 waiters keep interrupting my conversation to see if I wanted more of something I hadn't wanted in the first place. Great meat, great service. Big check.....but who's counting?
