More than likely a good thing
In my time on this end of K St, I have never had a bad experience with the staff and my order is always as I expect it- made correctly and fresh. Only once did I wait longer than necessary. It wasn't ridulous and I understand that sometimes mistakes are made. That was the only incident of it's kind that I have noticed in over a year of frequenting this particular shop.
