Don Pablo's is large it is noisey it is crowded it has bad service it has really poor food. It's the Walmart of Tex/Mex/Salvadorean cooking. It's not even good value for the money spent. Don Pablo's hasn't quite figured out what cuisine it's offering. A while ago they were offering 'Mexican potatoes.' Now, I could understand that at a Peruvian or Bolivian restaurant, but please, a better topped potato can be had at a fast-food restaurant. Well, what can you expect of a restaurant located in Potomac Yards, a shopping complex that should have a gate with a legend above it of 'abandon all hope ye who enter here.'

Awesome place!
I know it's not a local, mom and pop Mexican place, but Don Pablos rocks! Portions are huge! Service is normally pretty good. The atmosphere is typical, but the value is the best part. On wednesdays, they have a fajita special for $8.99, which you can definitely split between two people. I highly recommend it.
