Great price for the quality. They use fresh ingredients that are always tasty. I love the friendly atmosphere and staff. If I had unlimited money, I would eat here every day. The only downfall is that they close pretty early. I love eating a healthy meal on their breezy patio. Go there, go there, go there!!! They are an important business in the Mount Plesant community and are a great model for independent cafes.

I've only come here for brunch/lunch, and the food here isn't really "dinner" food. They have great sandwiches, breakfast/brunch food, coffee, and smoothies. I'm partial to their portabello sandwiches. The food leans towards the healthy/granola end of the food spectrum without sacrificing flavor and originality. In other words, the food here is very tasty and still pretty healthy. The owners, staff, and clientele, are all friendly and local (well, mostly locals). I wouldn't trek super far out of my way to eat there, but this place is yet another reason why Mt. Pleasant is such a nice place to live.

I have yet to have something from here that was not fabulous. the owner is always there, usually in the kitchen making food our up from taking orders. Definitely have a cinnamon roll!
