Excellent experience
I have been there twice and am going again. I can not relate to the negative reviews because my experience was excellent and I have been looking forward to returning.

I like it.
Well, I agree the service isn't the best. I've waited with an empty drink for too long on several occasions. But I think the food is good. I'm no Asian cuisine aficionado, but I've had many things on the menu and really liked them all. It's definitely the best food in Union Station and one of my favorite restaurants on this side of Capitol Hill (along Massachusetts Ave.).

bad service
We had a ten people party last week, and they won't allow us sit in until ALL 10 people show up. not even one peple less. it keep all 9 of us standing otherside of the restaurant for half an hour only because the last one came a little late. I will never have a group lunch there again except carry out - because some of their dishes are delicious even not so delicate.

Not recommended
This has to be the worst Asian food I've ever had. I work on Capitol Hill and I've been looking for decent asian food. I've had four different styles of asian dishes at this place and they've all been subpar. The menu tries to hit as many types of asian food as possible. Unfortunately, they can't seem to do any of them right. (No amount of red chili or soy sauce can cover up how poor this food is.) I feel sorry for the travelers coming into Union Station who have no other choice for a sit-down asian resturaunt. It's expensive too. You're better off going to the Union Station food court downstairs--at least the asian fastfood down there is inexpensive.
