Not recommended
For a small minimal order to meet the delivery requirements to a location 10 minutes started with wait time of 30-40 minutes, ended up being a hour delivery time with soggy food and rude attitudes. The store did not want to admit their mistake. To make amends they offered to replace the food with a repeat wait time or I could give the driver the food and get my money back. When I said then i would be out of food and time, the clerk responded that is not my problem you have the those options. Needless to say this was my first and last time. No thanks!

What happened to thsi place??
I had been ordering from them for over a year. It had been a couple of months since the last order and boy what a difference... and not a good one. I ordered delivery, sodas were wrong, didn't get any sauce with steamed dumplings, the brown sauce ( asked for it on the side)for the chicken and brocc was so poor I put it down the drain. Also, the lo mein dish was way too salty. I'm not sure I want to try this again and waste 30.00 again!

Great value -- great food with option to dine in
I love the food from Eastern Carryout in Arlington. Whenever I am in the neighborhood (which happens frequently) I eat here. Being a public health professional, I love their food because of their cleanliness, little or no oil and fresh ingredients. My favorites are cashew chicken and steamed chicken and vegetables. When they were in the older building (just across the street), although I loved their food, I had my share of concerns about the “look and feel” of the place. Their brand spanking new place is offers an added bonus; I can dine in at a budget of a carryout; and I love the value addition. Their quality service goes well with the clean atmosphere and great food. The owner, Steve, has a great sense of humor (although he overdoes it sometime); but he, like his staff, is extremely polite, which makes me feel very special. I challenge everyone to give this place a try, particularly order my favorite – cashew chicken.

The Best!
I tried this place once just because I tried one of the wings from someone's lunch who works with me. We have been ordering ever since. The food is excellant the portions are HUGE and the service is fast, I mean fast. The prices are the best in the area. I will NOT order from any other place from now on. My whole office feels the same way.

Great Food
Love this place. The food is great and the delivery is free and fast. I gave a 2 for atmosphere because this place is as plain as it comes. Then again, its for carry out, not to dine in.

love it!
This is by far our favorite chinese take-out! We live in the district and come into arlington for it. The food is always ready quickly and delicious. They are happy to let you special order anything and they have a huge selection! Always tastes delicious! I
