Give a little and eat a lot
The El Paso has a couple opening positives: live music and tequila tastings. The food is great, but I especially recommend the combo platters preceeded by someone's name. The environment is attractive, not crowded although the restaurant is well attended and the waiters and waitresses as friendly as can be. Normally you can walk in and find a table. Negatives: it's had El Salvadorean food creep onto the menu, and parking can be amusing (read challenging) in back. For entertainment you can watch the antics at the fast food chicken joint next door.
