This place was packed on Saturday afternoon when we arrived - all the outside tables were full. We sat at the almost empty bar and although it took some time to get the bartender to come over and take our order, once he did the drinks kept coming! The bartender was so busy but we realized that he was actually a really good bartender. He was taking some weird drink request orders and never got flustered, he somehow knew exactly when we needed another drink and had the ability to remember everyone's orders. We had never been here before and reluctantly went in. I'm glad we did - the beer selection was terrific, the custom drink requests were made and came out great and the food was really good. The beer fingers (chicken fingers and fries) weren't greasy at all. I would definitely go back here although I just wish that one of the many TV's was over the bar so we didn't have to turn around backwards to see the soccer games.

I recently planned a dinner for 14 at the E & C. With the variety on the menu, there was something for everyone and everyone at the table was well pleased. Food was excellent. Service was really good for a large group. Only problem is that they refuse to split checks, so we spent 20 minutes passing the bill around the table so everyone could be sure we were charged correctly and they paid their part. I would definitely dine there again.
