I have never written an online review in my life but feel absolutely compelled to warn readers of this restaurant. On a quiet Sunday evening, we waited to be met by a hostess for almost 10 minutes. Were seated in the middle of the restaurant, despite numerous quiet tables being open. Waited 20 minutes at our table, alone. Once the table of 10 next to us was served their check and paid, a busboy (server?) noticed we were waiting and asked to take our order. Obviously ready, we ordered drinks, apps and entrees at once. Drinks were received promptly but all else was absent. The tables next to us were bussed, resat in two separate parties, served drinks and appetizers without us getting a second of attention. We had to approach the bar for a second round of drinks and to see a manager. Waited 10 minutes for a manager, who dismissed our comments by saying "the restaurant is understaffed" and that he would "check on our food" (our appetizer was now missing 45 minutes). Without any inquiry into what would help ease the wait for us, we were delivered a "free" entree (for a two person table who had ALREADY ordered a sampler appetizer and two entrees). About 15 minutes later, our original appetizer arrived on top of the "free" one. Was satisfactory in terms of typical crispy asian rolls and lemongrass chicken. Entrees were received another 20 minutes later, but were far below expectations. The "soft noodles stir fried" were crispy and flavorless, with meat and vegetables in a similar clear flavorless sauce. The previously well reviewed carmelized pork was served with cold broccoli and the meat was obviously not flavored, just sauced and warmed.
