good food great alternative
I've tried all the different types of chili and like them all. The baby back ribs were pretty good as well. My main complaint would be the way they pile toppings onto the chili. It would be better if they used about half the amount of shredded cheese, sour cream, etc., or simply put all the toppings on a side plate. Tried the buffalo chicken salad once and found it way too salty. Overall though, Hardtimes is a great option to have available in downtown Bethesda. There are countless places for foo-foo, fusiony, upscale dining, but there's only one Hardtimes!
