Great food, surprisingly lovely decor, extremely friendly server. Prices were very reasonable.

This is a great restaurant and, to many who walk past it, a hidden jewel. Descending down the carpeted stairs for the first time, one is greeted by the friendliest server (she's been there for years). There is always space though, based on the great taste and quality food choices, there should be a long wait. As a vegan, there are many options. If I ate meat, there are equally as many possibilities. I've dined here with many a friend and it's been well received. One of my favorite things is the lettuce wraps. I have never tasted crisper, chilled lettuce leaves. The green salad is colorful with tofu and a mixture of vegetables and only costs a buck fifty. Where can you get such quality for $1.50?! I love this place. The menus are falling apart but the food is always spot on fantastic! I've gone here many, many, many times over my near two decades living in Georgetown and will return many more! No pretensions here. Just quality food and a simple, though interesting atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

What can you say...this ain't gourmet food but is that what you're really looking for? Don't get me wrong, there's nothing bad about it and it is often my go-to. What Harmony is is cheap, consistent and decent. In the restaurant, they could not be more pleasant. The decor is not great but, again, this is not a fancy restaurant. If you are looking for an average Chinese meal on the cheap, this is your spot. The only thing that makes me think twice about ordering from here when I'm looking for food is that ake out is slow.

I have been to this restaurant for over 10 years. I love it! The place has not changed at all. The food is always good with only thing missing now: potatoes. Other than that, I love their steamed wontons in hot oil, eggplant in garlic sauce, chicken with string beens. I don't mind to eat there everyday if I have time to go. Too bad they don"t deliver.

I have tried many chinese places in D.C. and the surrounding areas looking for something like this place. The food is amazing and the prices are awesome. The carved booths are romantic and the server is very friendly. I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I love this place. My sister and I stopped by while shopping in Georgetown and loved it. Everytime she visits me in DC, we return to Harmony. The food is great and the prices are unbelievably low. I love the tofu and spring rolls.

I ate here almost every week while doing my grad degree. All dishes are great and cheap and it's nice atmosphere. It's one of the best choices on M street. Everytime I crave for Chinese, Harmony is the place I think of.
