Pretty good!
I had them deliver and the guy couldnt be nicer. Also the person on the phone was pleasant. Food was good for this area. I was surprised. It wasnt Mei Wah but we liked it. Will order again. Especially since they deliver.

very poor service
I thought I was the only who felt that the lady is very rude. The food is very good, but I have hesitated from ordering!

Pleasant Drive/Horrible Phone Service
The food is good and the driver is extremely nice, but I promise you - once you talk to the lady on the phone, you will be so put off that you might lose your appetite. She answers questions in a very snippy manner and is only barely interested when you give her a credit card number. I am a very patient person, but I have to say that I have actually cancelled order due to her attitude. Again, if you do make it past the lady on the phone, at least the driver is extremely pleasant...

Great Drivers and the Price is Right
Where we live it's slim pickings for folks who will deliver. We're so happy one of our three options is Hunan Delight. The drivers are SO nice and the food is always delivered super fast - and it's good food for the price.

Rude lady...
The lady taking orders obviously does not value her customers. She is extremely rude, often rushing you to make your order. Her tone, although due to the nature of her language, is often hostile and bordering on yelling at you. I would recommend any place other than this restaurant. The food was on par with the level of service. Look elsewhere for chinese delivery.

Good stuff
One of the only chinese places I trust around this area. Most food is cooked from fresh.

Hunan Delight
I have been ordering food from this place for the past couple of years. First I would like to give my opinion about the food...it's really good and the price is right for the amount of food they serve. Second the place is clean and conveniently located and third is the service, I have no idea who answers the phone but sometimes she can be very rude. Because of that service I sometimes cancel the order...but since it is close to where I work I keep the order. The drivers are nice. I would say this is one the better Chinese carry-outs around the area where I work
