Really miss this place
Before we moved to the Houston, TX suburbs, this was my favorite Chinese restaurant, especially for their Kung Pao Chicken. I really enjoyed its thick, spicy, yet lightly sweet sauce. Over the 20 years or so I ate here, ownership changed several times, but the quality and taste of the food remained consistently good. I have not been able to find anything equivalent here in Texas and am constantly searching for a Chinese restaurant that makes Kung Pao Chicken of the same taste and quality. We returned to the Northern VA area twice in 2012 and ate here both times. I felt the Kung Pao Chicken still had the best taste of any Kung Pao Chicken I've had. I will continue looking here in Texas for Kung Pao dishes with equivalent taste, and I look forward to eating here during my next visit. I really do miss the food.

very unpleasant service.
Got chicken corn chowder soup to go. Hardly any chicken nor corn, looks just like egg drop soup. And it was incredibly salty. Called to let them know nicely as it could have been some mistake, but this Chinese lady's attitude was unbelievably defensive. She didn't give me any chance to talk and kept on saying I don't know what it's supposed to be and refund is only if I don't touch it and return it the same night. I asked how I could know it's salty if I didn't taste it, and it was 10 pm and not logical to go back. Then she simply hanged up on me. We liked this place before but since a new owner took over the quality really went down. And with this very unpleasant experience, we'll never go back there again.

Good food
We like they service, and the food is not bad . Orange chicken is one's our favorite...

An Unfortunate Downturn
We ordered delivery from this restaurant tonight, 8/16/2010, and it was a huge disappointment. Took over an hour to deliver, then one of our dishes was omitted and the others were a disaster. Hot & Sour soup was bland & flavorless, with soft tofu & a few mushrooms, Moo shi pork tasted burned, General Tso's was more like bad sweet & sour, garlic shrimp was breaded & tasted like it had the same red, sweet, flavorless sauce, even though the shrimp themselves were pretty tasty. I'm sorry to see this formerly decent restaurant go down the tubes, but I'm afraid that's exactly what's happening. Won't be returning; a colossal waste of money.

great food
We've only ordered out of this restaurant, but we LOVE the food. Side note - great seafood. They do not skimp on anything. Usually deliver within 30 minutes on any night of the week.

Simply delicious
While the dine in area is very scaled back, we normally call in for delivery. The service is very friendly, portions are ample, and the food is delicious.
