Almost perfect
Now I'm bringing my friends here for lunch, even those who never stopped by JR's because it was so old looking. Well, thats because it's been here since the beginning of time (Tysons-time). Have always been a dinner customer because the meat is delicious, the salads, the breads, the cheeses, the veggies and starches, and the desserts. The service is so personalized you actually want to know your waiters name. Ambiance throughout, appropriately priced and never mobbed or noisy. I gave it an almost perfect score because if it had been perfect nobody would have believed me.

Always a Treat!
My husband and I have been visiting J.R.'s for years. It is a lovely restaurant, with excellent food. My husband prefers the prime rib or roast beef sandwich, and the Cobb salad is my all-time favorite. Then there are the desserts! I adore the bread pudding. This restaurant has a very quiet, expensive feel, but the prices are reasonable. Finally, J.R.'s has the best service of any restaurant in the area.
