The ambience and booty shorts on the waitresses werean immediate turn-off, but we gave the place a shot anyway. I was nervous to try any meat dishes, so I paid a dollar extra to have buenos rancheros for dinner. You can't really get eggs wrong, but it was served on blah tortilla chips (traditionally a crispy tortilla) and eh salsa. It just tasted like something I could have made at home by opening up a bottle of salsa and a bag of chips. Hubby ordered chicken flautas that were not good. Pupusas not edible. So disappointing! We were so hungry that we tried to make the best of it, but in the end we wished we'd just left. Just one of those meals that leaves you wishing you could rewind and NOT eat it.

This is a small, no-frills establishment with some interesting cuisine. I am no expert in Honduran food, but I have been there with a wide variety of people from the local area, Peru, Mexico, Brazil... everyone found something they loved. The atmosphere is spartan at best - not fancy dining place by any standard, but a good place to get some interesting, tasty food. and try something new.
