Better food in the area and great service
We have eaten at the place and ordered for delivery. Both experiences have been great and the quality of food there is definitely better than most of the other place in the area.

Christmas Eve tradition
Lo's has never disappointed us in the 20+ years we have been going there. Even though Lo has retired it still remains the same high quality. We travel some distance to go there and it is always worth passing by other restaurants to get there. Service is great, food is very traditional and flavorful and the service is always impeccable.

Unpalatable Chinese!
Picked up Lo's for dinner tonight and was incredibly displeased with the food. We had three dinner orders and three egg rolls which somehow rang up a $40 tab, first piece of terrible. Of the three dishes we ordered only one, veggie lo mein, was marginally palatable. The egg rolls were inedible. The one comment made by the person eating the shrimp and brocolli was, "I'm not used to picking around the shrimp to get to the rice and brocolli.". I had the General Tso's chicken and it was hands down the worst General Tso's I have ever had. I ate two pieces, threw the rest away and ended up making Ramen instead. The Ramen was the best thing I ate. The shrimp and brocolli also got tossed and the veggie lo mein wasn't finished.
