Disappointed
Ordered a $19 shrimp and salmon pasta. It came with a salad, I could taste the pesticides in the vegetables. The pasta had shrimp that was not deveined and canned salmon. Quite a disappointment at that price.

Watch Out
I came on a Saturday evening- weekends- usually when a restaurant would (assumingly) employ some of it's best workers...NOT. our waiter barely spoke any English and could comprehend little of what we were asking. Then the food was disappointing- I paid 13 dollars for a sandwich with "steak" in it- it was chewy, the pepper had exploded all over it and the bread was hard. It was a nightmare, mostly because for only THREE people, my tab was 86 bucks. and none of us ordered drinks.... I highly recommend going elsewhere if you're in the mood for some steak....or any food in general. We did not even touch our appetizer (artichoke dip) It looked as if it had sat there for 20 minutes before it got served to us, and by then it was not even warm- even after it was reheated, it still tasted off. do not go...

Best seafood buffet
I had the pleasure of joining the Moose Creek Restaurant on a friday night for thier seafood buffet. The food was great and the selection is superb. I feel that I should let everyone know before the price goes up. I was able to enjoy a great meal and atmosphire for only $26.00 Thanks for the service and i will see you next friday.

I had to warn others
Wow. Not sure what to say first. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and remember the Moose Creek as being below average, but I can honestly say it's gotten worse with time. The breakfast buffet would have been good - if the food was warm. But it wasn't. I seriously questioned if I might catch salmonella from eating the room temperature scrambled eggs. If you have to eat breakfast here - order something off the menu. If you must do the buffet, make yourself a waffle. It was the best (and hottest) thing they had. As for the dinner food, I can't really say. I sat down at a half full bar at 8:00pm and walked out at 8:15 after I was ignored multiple times by the red-headed bartender. Apparently she was too busy dealing with another party that was already complaining about their service - so she had no time left for me. Ultimately, one person in that party leaned over and clued me in on what was happening. That was it. I was outta there.

family gathering place
I find that I can have a nice family dinner and enjoy the atmosphere of the bar area when I'm just hanging out with my friends. Pool tables awesome touch to complete you bar area enjoyment.

The Best Soup and Salad Bar for 5.99
Moose Creek not only has great dinner bars which change every night ending with Friday nights seafood bar EXTRAORDINARE-but their salad bar is only 5.99 and includes soup as well. It is always excellent. Try finding a soup and salad bar around here for less let alone 5.99! The waiters and waitresses are so helpful and friendly the atmosphere is great, we LOVE going there. I highly recommend it.
