Good Peruvian chicken & tamales
This is a nice spot to grab a quick snack or pick up dinner after work. The peruvian chicken is very tasty, and I've had a grilled cheese/tomato sandwich that was better than I expected. French fries are also seasoned well, and the folks behind the counter are very nice and provide fast service. The only knock on the place is the internal layout of the "shop" part of the restaurant...they offer a really random mix of products that don't really go together (e.g, atlases, backpacks, greeting cards, wrapping paper, and razor scooters...?). But it's definitely worth checking out on your way home from work. Less than a block from the Takoma metro, so you can't beat the location!
