Great service, good value
Napoleon is a delightful place in Adams Morgan to have drinks and a good meal. It's not quite 5-star dining but upper 4's for sure. Most important of all, for a "nice place", the prices are reasonable (most entrees under $20) and portions generous. Service was also accomodating; we sat outside with a dog and they helped make it stress free. Atmosphere is chill but fun, would make a great date spot. The inside is hip and loungy while the outside off Columbia lets you watch the world go by without being surrounded. The menu has plenty of variety within the French genre but not too heavy; beer/cocktail selection is very respectable.
