    Great experience

Norton's is hidden inside the mall. Their name is not listed in the directory but once you find it, you will praise the place for their quality of food and service. Their food is out of this world. They beat every single restaurant in the mall with the quality they provide and deliver. I'm just a average Joe that roams around restaurants for deals and great dining experience and this restaurant has everything. I love their Bbq ribs and Prime Ribs. I would give this restaurant 10 out of 10 if you love true American dining. Enjoy this place and if not satisfied their mgt team will make sure your visit is worthed. I would highly recommend this place for your next great dining experience.

Great Service, Good Food, Reasonable Prices

Norton's is a relatively new restaurant in Tyson's Mall. Unfortunately for them, they seem to be in an abysmal location, as it is out of the way of most foot traffic. Fortunately for me (for now anyways), they seem to be in an abysmal location, and I never have to wait for a seat at one of my favorite new spots. Service has been outstanding each time I've been, with Hugo providing the best I think I've ever experienced, period. If they keep hiring that kind of staff, I imagine they'll have no problems compensating for the location. The food at Norton's is pretty good as well. Between the wife and I, we've ordered the prime rib, the sirloin steak, the Norton Burger, and the Norton Steak Salad and we've come away satisfied each time. I would give special mention to the simple garden salad with ranch dressing because the dressing is to die for. Pricing is moderate, and for now at least, they regularly have some kind of deal or coupons. Sans those, they are still no more expensive than Gordon Biersch downstairs (which I'm also known to frequent).

Best Prices at Tysons Corner Mall

If you are at Tysons Corner Center, Just go the newly opened Norton's on 2nd level near Banana Republic. They have the best BBq Ribs in town... I get a few glasses of Yuengling and BBQ Ribs... You won't be disappointed...Service is awesome and price is just right

    bad experience

My sister and two cousins and I visited on Saturday June 27th, thinking it was still Slade’s at the Tyson’s Corner Mall. We frequented Slades often and decided to give it a shot as we loved Slade’s and were already in the vicinity. My sisters salad came out and was only lettuce and avocado-it was supposed to have shrimp and mango as well but that was left off. Additionally she asked for her dressing on the salad and it was on the side. After we informed our server he went back to the kitchen and return about 15 minutes later with six grilled shrimp thrown hastily on a plate and a small bowl of mango-including mango pit and mango peel. She went directly to the manager who finally brought out the proper salad-at which time the rest of us had finished eating our meal as it was at least half an hour from when our first meals came out. Upon asking for a refill of a half lemonade and ice tea, my cousin got an iced tea. My other cousin asked for a to go box which she got-except they gave her the smallest box available which did not fit her entire meal. We had to ask for another box. The server offered us dessert at the end of the meal, on the restaurant. However we were so vexed and had no confidence that you all could possible get it right so we decided to cut our loses and go home. When the bill arrived we believed at the end of the night the right thing to do would be to at least comp my sister’s disaster of a salad-that was not the case. The full bill came. We decided it was best to split the bill of $78 four ways, $21 each and just get out of there and never return. Today upon looking at her account statement-the entire bill of $78 was put on my sisters card IN ADDITION to her split portion of $21. So essentially she paid for her meal 4 times over. I am shocked at how horrible the service was. There were only about four other tables in the entire restaurant. I suspect that at 8:30pm on a Saturday night there should have been more people there. I now realize exactly why this was the case-the service was horrible, the food was worse and you fraudulently charge people after ruining their entire evening. At the very least you have lost four loyal customers who will be sure to tell EVERYONE we know how absolutely horrible our experience was and that the food court downstairs is a much better bet.
