First of all, they make their own pasta! It’s HOMEMADE! How can you beat that, it is so fresh and delicious! I would recommend moving past the tapas section of the menu, the main courses is really where you get the most for your money. The atmosphere is very modern and trendy, in a nice classy way that makes you feel excited to be there. I hope everyone gets at least once chance to try Panache, its one of my favorites!

I went for dinner with my wife and two friends last Friday and was quite impressed. The bar was attractive and lively, good place for professionals to mingle, but we were looking for something a little more quiet.There arent too many places like Panache in Tysons. From the minute I walked in I was quite happy with my experience. It is alot larger than their location in DC, and though it is tucked away, it remains in the heart of Tysons. Im a fan of tapa restaurants because you can eat at your own pace. We just kept a menu at the table and had a variety of hot and cold tapas coming our way. The manager offered us a bottle of wine and Im glad he did, so much wine on their list, I didnt know where to begin. The ladies had their martinis which they really seemed to enjoy drinks with sorbet and this and that. I ordered ceviche and prosciutto tapas which were very good, while the lamb and mushroom pasta was dynamite. Overall we all enjoyed ourselves, it was nice to forget we were in Tysons for a few hours. Next time we will go to the bar and mix it up a little bit. It looks like a place for dancing and the lounge is dark and welcoming. I like the fact there is no smoking inside and they valet outside. Definitely going back!
