Two of our friends had their birthdays one day apart so we decided to go to Paper Moon to celebrate. The birthday celebration turned out to be very unpleasant. The waiter never asked what to serve for beverages, served water, then got confused and started serving club soda in the glasses that already had water on them. He poured water on my friend’s dress (which by the way was one of the birthday girls). Then he brought bread without butter or oil. The food finally arrived one hour later, and the dish for one of the birthday girls took 20 min. more than everyone else. We had brought our own cake for the girls and then they charge us $2 per person ($24 when you have 12 people) just for walking the cake from the kitchen to the table. They said it also included cutting the cake but WE DID IT since the waiter didn’t even brought spoons for the cake. We asked for the wine list, the waiter said that the restaurant didn’t have one, and one of our friends walked all the way to the bar and got one. Finally we decided to call the manager to complain for the service and ask for the cake charge to be taken out since we cut our own cake and we brought our own cake, he said that he didn’t care if we didn’t came back, which is why we are not only not coming back.

This place is good for tourist...think of it as a NYC Little Italy joint. It's on a cute side street in Georgetown. They have some ok apps and salads, but I would stay away from most of the chicken entrees, nothing special. This place would probably be good if you have kids or big groups.

I've been here a couple of times and the food is always very good as well as the service. It's on a cute street and it's a good people watching spot. I had the salmon salad, and it was a good price, good portion and tasted very yummy. Check it out.

I was surprised to find this open on Christmas. I had always wanted try this place, so we went on in. The staff here is great. Very friendly and attentive but not annoying. The entrees and apps were your typical mid-range Italian prices. The scallop appetizer I had was great, and the tomatoe sauce in came with was delicious. For an entree I got chicken with artichokes and capers. It was decent but nothing to write home about (very strong caper taste). Next time I would like to try the fish. The pizzas and desserts looked really good, and the bread and dipping oil was also very yummy. Overall I would recommend this place for a date, going out with friends and I even saw a little child there too. Nice ambience, good food and very great service.
