P.F. Chang's China Bistro

I really enjoy the food. It is not drowned out by the sauces that you would normally get. I normally plan to go on non peak hours so I do not have to wait for long.

Chang's offers the best Chinese food in the DC area. The lettuce wraps are heavenly. Their Chang's Chicken (Their version of General Tso's) is light and NOT greasy. WE only go when we have reservations and usually only have to wait 3-5 minutes for our table once we arrive. I sometimes have trouble understanding the English of the waitstaff, but we receive prompt service and when we have had to request special seating due to a medical condition I had they were eager to please. It is not a place for intimate conversation, but if you want excellent Chinese food--go to P.F. Chang's.

The food was acceptable, but the dining room too loud for conversation. There are better Chinese restaurants in the area with nicer atmosphere and better value.

A corporate owned chain that tries to be trendy. Despite taking reservations, during peak hours there is a 15 to 30 minute wait and the hostesses are a bit snotty. The food is decent and the service poor. Very loud, but open so it is ok for people watching but not great for conversation. I would not recommend.

Awesome Food, Great Atmosphere. I love those lettuce wraps and sea bass. My 1st place to want to go to when I am in the Tyson's area.

Low lit but decorative atmosphere with excellent tasting cuisine. Not too expensive, either. Servers were attentive and friendly.
