It's got it where it counts...feels like you're eating in an elementary school cafeteria but you won't care. The food is outstanding and you fill up on $5. No parking but worth a walk/wait.

I look for five things in a pho restuarant
1) quick service.
2) fresh cuts of raw meat on top of the pho.
3) clear broth without any debri or cloudiness.
4) lots of garnishes (bean sprouts, mint, and LIME (not lemon).

The pho is so delish (not so much for the chicken soup). don't expect friendly or accomodating service - ask for it if you need it, the waiters won't come back to your table.
