Smack, slurp and bible tripe
The Pho 75's been around for awhile, and sort of shows it around the edges. However, it's got great pho and service, and any place that has soft tendon and tripe for pho inclusion isn't bad. The place is very homey, and one of the things that sealed it for me was the older generation during the afternoon engaging in a solid Vietnamese tradition: gambling.
