Excels at Ordinary
I really wanted to like Pho 88 but they are just too ordinary. The broth, the toppings, the noodles are just very plain. I have done pho takeout which I haven't seen before; they give you the broth and noodle in 2 separate containers and you just have to put them together in your own bowl. They are closer to me than Pho 75 so I will make the occasional lunch there but you do have many other options in the area.
