Great Irish Pub!
I went to Ri Ra with my cousin a few years back, and had a great experience at this restaurant. The restauran''s design is great, and there is a full-service bar that my cousin and I ate at, since there were no available tables at the time that we were there. I highly recommend Ri Ra, as the food is very good, and the prices are not too high. IF you are in the Bethesda area, visit Ri Ra. You will enjoy it!
