I've been eating at Rocco's since 1991! Back then when I was young I hit the All you can eat Mondays and Tuesdays and we did our damage. They still have it and now I take my kids. They love it and if they had there way we'd eat there every night. The horse shoe parking lot works like a charm! Plus I'm a DC native and a born CAPS fan and now that I know they fuel the CAPS before every game is so cool. My daughter asked "Daddy I want the CAPS eat and they served her paste with sauce on the side just like they get it : )

Earlier this year, my wife and I visited Rocco's. I ordered their sausage pizza with high hopes for a gastronomical delight. It was ok, but nothing special. When the check came, I noticed that they had charged more than the menu price for the pizza. I inquired about the difference and was informed that a Cheese Surcharge had been applied to the check. A Cheese Surcharge! Come on! Who ever heard of such a thing? They did deduct the surcharge from the check without arguement or persuasion. They also deducted two people from their pool of potential customers. We won't be back. Cheese Surcharge! Ridiculous!

I moved from Mclean to Chicago 15 years ago. I have tried most all of the Deep dish offerings here. Let me tell you. Rocco's blows them all away. What I would give for a large chicago gondola with peperoni.

Rocco's has the best deep dish pizza in the world. Thick crust, robust sauce, and loads of cheese make this restaurant a must if you are in the McLean area.

This place has been in McLean for years. They serve up a very solid menu of items. The pizza (NY or Chicago) is top notch. The menu items are made from Rocco's mom's cookbook and they are very good. Check in because they have different specials throughout the week such as all you can eat pizza night. They also have some non-itallian fare such as steak and cheese subs. This is a great place to stop by and grab a bite with some buds and watch Sunday football. This is not to say that Roccos is perfect for a family night out to eat as well. This is definately a place I would urge you to stop by and try at least once...it won't break the bank and I bet you will enjoy the food and be back.
