Old gem in the hood.
Best soup on the planet. I could eat 10 bowls of the She-Crab soup and forego dinner competely. I've never met anyone who doesn't love this soup. It's a clone of the Warehouse in Old Town (obviously the same owner's etc.), it's just in a borderline neighborhood. Great meat, really good crabcake and they make a really good drink too. We usually go in during the week and it's fairly tame, not sure about the weekends. If they could transplant this restaurant 1/4 mile south it would compete with Del Merei and La Strada (2 excellent restaurants). Seriously, if you haven't had the She-Crab soup you are doing yourself a disservice.
