The service here is poor. They got my to-go order wrong three different times.

Excellent food, but a hellish wait to be seated. It seems that the wait isn't because the restaurant is busy, but because it's severely under-staffed. Some of the staff lacks people skills (not very friendly or inviting), while others are attentive and eager to help. Great atmosphere, unless you're seated next to the open kitchen area. The bar area seems very cramped. The reason I've continued to go to the restaurant is because even though the wait to be seated is terrible and normally service is very slow, the food is wonderful. I've never been disappointed (although tonight our waiter forgot what we ordered).

I tried to eat here well after the lunch hour rush. The place was nearly empty. About three or four emplyees noticed me at the front door waiting to be seated, but none would come over. After about 10-15 minutes, I went and sat myself at a table. About about 5 more minutes a waiter came over to take my order. The order arrived about 20 minutes later (wrong order). I gathered my things and left.

We waited half an hour to be seated. The waiter promptly arrived and asked for 3 minutes. He came back 10 minutes later. I am dieting and I took great pains to order a baked potatoe plain and a serving of the white bean chicken chili. After about 15 minutes, the waiter brought my baked potatoe. No butter on the top, but it had been sitting in butter and the skin was soaked. I decided not to complain and skipped eating the skin. The potatoe was lukewarm at best. After another 15 minutes, the waiter brought everyone else at my table their order and proceeded to inform me they were having a problem with my "burger." I told him I had ordered chile. Fifteen minutes later (and after a reminder), he was waiting on the table next to me, looked up at me, and said "Oh, sir, your chile." Ten minutes later he came back with the chile. It looked good -- melted cheese and parsley on top. But the cheese was the only thing that was hot. And there was very little, if any, chicken in it. You could have done just about the same thing opening a can of white beans. I have had this dish at other Ruby Tuesday's and it was never like this. Unless you like being ignored and want cold grease, stay away from this place.
