great neighborhood place
Located in trendy Adams Morgan and absolutely wonderful! We had read about it on this website and wanted something different to try. We were a party of 7 (3 from Italy) and we decided to do the Tapas route and try many different things. Everything was outstanding and our guests had never had this type of food and thought it was brilliant. One favorite was the plantain topped with mozzerella cheese. Another was the flank steak with tostones. The mojitos were delicious and the kids had some wonderful lemonade drink. We have recommended Rumba Cafe to all our friends who live in DC.

Nice Cozy Restaurant
A nice restaurant with a South American atmosphere. Very good food. Great service. Well worth the money.

Nice Little Joint in A.M.
I found the food to be really good here. We got a couple of tapas and had mojitos. They make great mojitos here. We were there on a weeknight so it wasn't too busy, but I would imagine once people are in there it probably has a fun vibe.
