subpar mixed veg dish
The mixed veg korma obviously used frozen vegetables, was overcooked, and worst of all used Chinese mixed veg (baby corn, watercress, etc.). I wouldn't mind this as say a complimentary side item at a diner, but when paying an entree price one expects more. Having said that the sauce itself was much richer and creamier than other kormas I've had. So much so that I still want to give Saveur another try.
