Restaurant Week Test
Upon arrival no one asked me if I wanted a drink. But overall the food was fabulous. There were a few things that they were out of which was slightly inconveniencing. I had the fried shrimp sushi roll. It was WONDERFUL! A gift from God almost. The server was fine. Nothing spectacular.

Excellent-Must Try!
The food and service are excellent at Sei. I went with a party of 8 while the restaurant was crowded. We received attentive, timely service. Also, each person was pleased with her meal. The sushi is really top quality. The kobe tataki roll is the best, but all rolls were tasty and fresh. Sei is pricey but definitely worth it. It's nice to have great sushi in DC! I'd actually say it's the best that I've had in DC so far.

first time at sei...im impressd, great service and great atmosphere..i ask the one manager for chef like omakase he recomend us to chef Sonny, he is a very cool guy, he always smile. service from him, excellent! we've 7 course menu its so good, every dish he serve is very good and creative...very talented chef...highly recomended..good job SEI:)

Great service, excellent food
The service is phenomenal, and the food is eclectic. The fish and chips sushi was fabulous and unlike any maki I have had before. Prices are a little high, but worth it for the atmosphere and flavorful dishes.
