Great place
My husband and I were in Silver Spring for a wedding and happened upon Sergio's four dinner. It was a wonderful experience. The food and service were excellent! Being from New Jersey we have our pick of Italian restaurants and I would rank this with the best of those. The PEI mussels were some of the best we've ever had. Would definitely go back and recommend Sergio's to our friends!
