Finally!
I was beginning to think the restaurant scene in DC was as well represented as our Congress. I've had mediocre food all around town. Fortunately, Sorriso comes to the rescue and all is well.

Best Pizza and Pasta in DC!
Favorite family owned/operated Italian restaurant in DC. Delicious homemade pizzas and pastas. Great wine selection, too!

Eat Here
The pizza is amazing, as well as everything else. The service is always great, even when it is packed. Great value: 5 people, 3 bottles of wine, appetizers, entrees desert and expresso was about $70 a person.

Very worthwhile Italian
I'm a local to Cleveland Park and one of the biggest perks of the area is Sorriso. Great food, extremely warm atmosphere, and probably one of DC's bvest kept secrets!! I highly recommend the Risotto and the Lasagna--both are mouth-watering!! And you can never go wrong with the pizza!

Almost like in Italy
I'm Italian and I'm currently living in DC. I really wanted to eat Italian pizza and my boyfriend and I gave Sorriso a try. Pizza was excellent, almost like they serve it in Italy. The crust is thin and the ingredients fresh. The service was good and the price ok. I would give Sorriso a thumbs up!

A great night out with my man
The food is just amazing and the people are always friendly and striking up conversation. The owner was offering all those waiting at the bar free wine. Nothing can be better than free wine and great food.

Magnificent
Sorriso is a wonderful restaurant. The food is brilliant and the waiters and staff are incredibly nice. I love the design of the restaurant as well, it's very well decorated. I highly recommend it for all.
