    Great for a quick bite

I only go for the burgers and usually call in my order since I work nearby, so I cannot comment on the other food selections or the wait times. I do think the place is pretty pricey, but compared to the other burger joint around the corner and the food trucks, its a reasonably priced alternative. I have never been disappointed with my burger and they have gotten the order right every time and in about 10 minutes. Owner seems nice enough and they have the TV tuned to the news instead of sports, which I like alot. Pretty clean tables and bathroom for customer use, nice outdoor seating area, although I've never used it. Indoor seating area can be pretty crowded during lunch, so I always take mine to go. Overall 4 stars.

    Improvment is needed

I use to frequent this establishment often when I first obtined a job but the service has declined. Orders are frequently wrong, the wrap sandwhiches are always prepared with dressed lettuce which causes the sandwhich to be sloppy and messy. The hamburgers are dry and overcooked as I dont eat any bloddy meat. Service is not the best and the owner seems to have an attitude if you question his service, this is my last time eating there, Quizno's will be opening soon

    Call Ahead!

Pretty good food for the price, good selection for vegetarians. But unless you call ahead, expect to wait 15 minutes for a simple sandwich. Call ahead and pick up. And skip the salad bar.

    Don't expect Manners

I must say that compared to Cafe Phillips around the corner, you get more for your money, however each and every time that I've gone there, I've had to wait for the man behind the counter to finish his phone call with his family and friends, wait until my correct order is given to me (they've messed up every time I've been there, at non-peak times, and then had the nerve to tell me I didnt order what I wanted), and then get the correct change. Because apparently he can't count either. Have been packing my own lunch or dealing with Union Station's food court since.

worth every cent, great food & atmosphere

I have been frequenting the SunSpot Cafe in Fairfax Va, found out the son of the owner's in d.c and m.d opened his own establishment here. The food is excellent, daily specials, salad bar, vegetarian, mediterranean, omletes, breakfast, etc. The cook who makes the specials everyday makes the best soups also that i hear everyone raving about. The owner's name which i believe is Chris is extremely kind, (calls all ladies sweetie), makes everyone laugh and presents everything top notch for a self service cafe. I even was short on money one time and he let me slide until the next time I came in (which I'm still embarassed at). It is not your ordinary cafe, with very nice pictures, granite everywhere, modern lighting. Besides the food, the charm from Chris always brings me back. People in my office always talk about him and we say how can someone always be so kind everyday. This place is worth every cent.

    Excellent Vegetarian

This place has a great hummus, tabbouleh, grape leaves, and falafel combo platter for about $8. It is a little pricey, but totally worth it. It is healthy food that I actually enjoy eating. I lived on the combo platter and the spicy hummus wrap for two years when I was vegetarian. After my vegetarian phase ended, I became a fan of their reubens w/potato salad on the side. Their meat sandwiches are good and are different from your typical sub shop.

Too expensive - low grade food

The choices are creative and a wide range, however the food its self is poorly made. The cooks, I believe are not actual cooks, so the eggs may be almost too greasy and buttery to not be able to eat. The presention is low grade and the prices are way to steep for satisfactory meals.
