way to upset your balance zen
The fish was low quality and the rice was not as soft and sticky as good quality sushi rice should be. It looks like Zen is used to pleasing non Japanese culinary connossieurs. The ginger was also weak and the miso soup over salted with over cooked sea weed.

Amazing Sushi!!
The portions of sushi here is worth every penny, not like other places where you pay a fortune and leave hungry. The service is great and the location is easy to find. I plan on returning often. PS you should get the boats they are cute and have way more sushi than you could ever eat!
