Not so good
I went to 3 Pigs with a rib craving and was greatly disappointed. I usually like my ribs dry and have found places that make great ribs without sauce. No seasoning, no taste, not even a charbroiled taste. And the collard greens were unappetizing. Nothing could help them -- no salt, no garlic, no butter -- nothing. Back to Red, Hot & Blue and Famous Dave's.

The Best BBQ in the Area!
The 3 Pigs BBQ sits in the heart of McLean in the Langley Shopping Center on Chain Bridge Road. It hasn't changed appearance since it opened back in the '60's... but it has the best Carolina style pulled porked BBQ around! Your best bet is a platter with Baked Beans and Slaw... all with extra sauce! It is a messy eat, so don't dress-up (which may be why the decor remains simple and unchanged!) The menu has adjusted itself for the 21st century, and for those who don't eat pork, you can get your BBQ with Beef or Chicken. Other offerings are: Spare Ribs, Burgers & Dogs, including half-smokes and bratwurst w/kraut. Plus for dessert you have your choices of cobblers, pie or soft serve ice cream! It is definately worth the trip!
