My comment on Tony and Joe's. I ate outside on the patio, the view of the river was beautiful and for "people watching" it was good. The food was okay. I had the cream of crab soup which was delicious (too bad it was such a small bowl) and a Caesars salad. (I prefered Red Lobster) Their dressing was very thin and croutons soggy. Was not worth $13. My husband had the crab cake sandwich and soup. It was good but again not worth the money. $16 for the sandwich and $8 for the soup! Tables where too close together, listened to everyone's conversations. Umbrellas were closed, so sun was in my eyes the whole time. Summary: Good food and atmoshere - But way too expensive. With all the other DC restaurants - will not go back.
